How is the work/life balance at Bayer?

Good culture / open enviornment to give and get feedback / flexibility to work from home when needed / work life balance/ good facilities like canteen, transport and cool office set up

Sometimes remuneration is not best as per corporate standards / lesser development opportunities/ stagnation beyond a level to further develop

Benefits are good, some nice people.

This place tolerated bullying and laziness. If they like you then you don’t have to work and they will make you do 2 peoples work. Bullies belittle you in large meetings and it’s acceptable. Always being mansplained. Very sexist place. No work life balance, no respect and no promotions. It’s a pathetic place.

Bayer is still a great place to work at especially if you find a good team / manager. Compensation is good, benefits and work / life balance flexibility is there.

Recent re organization has removed excess red tape. Collaborative team environment. Good perks and work life balance

Although there are still opportunities for growth, it has become slightly limited since the re organization

Great colleagues, bosses supportive of family life balance, opportunities for creativity and flexible roles.

Too large and difficult to connect with meaningful work. DSO should help change this.

No real management . Management is focused on their survival
