Vacations, they start giving you 5 days every 6 months worked, when you ask for a raise, one of the options is give you more days.
Salary is paid in the expected timeframe.
Cons
Management don't care at all about the people they work with.
Shady culture towards the employees, always hiding information.
When you have an issue with your client, they'll leave you alone and expect things solve by themselves
It's full of Managers, Managers of the Managers, Leads, HRs, PXP, and Bosses that you'll not have an idea of what they do at the company (they are always traveling). Good luck if you need some help from them.
No benefits besides the 5 days every 6 months of PTO, make a good negotiation of your starting salary, changes will be really hard to get (imposible in all the cases I've heard)
