Relaxed work environment, nice people , lots of events

No real training and investment in employees. Lack of guidance, high turn-over, no senior staff to learn with, incompetent and slow work

Very good culture. Mostly remote work, 1 day per week at the office and it was pretty chill. The project I was in was really focused on improving the processes, it was mandatory to deliver high quality code and you had lot's of tools to enable that. If this is something you look for I highly recommend it. Good place to learn, amazing team and community.

As in all consultant companies you might get unlucky and land on a different project that has a different modus operandi. You're still in Portugal so the paycheck matches the country you're in.
