There are lots of opportunities to grow into leadership if you are willing to put in the effort. All roles offer ample work/life balance.

The company is still growing and running up against the pains that come with expansion. Often can’t keep up with the demand of balancing servicing clients and staffing RBTs.

Pros to working at Attain ABA include reasonable caseload, positive culture, collaborative team approach, and management support.

Cons to working at Attain ABA include lower compensation, not much room for advancement, and lack of training support for entry level employees.

Having worked with Attain ABA for 3 years as a Behavior Technician and now a BCBA, I have nothing but positive things to say! The environment is positive, you work alongside great clinicians, your supervisors are always available to help and support you, and you have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience. There are plenty of growth opportunities, it provides a great work life balance, and has a supervision program for anyone who is pursuing their BCBA that is unmatched!!

At this time, I have no cons. However, you must be able to manage your time, work as a team, and be able to utilize or adapt to different data systems and other applications like teams, Word, Excel, etc. With the support offered, you would be proficient in these areas in no time!

I have a wonderful experience working at Attain! The expectations are clear on the day to day, and it's very well managed. Someone is always there to answer a question or provide help if needed, and everyone genuinely wants what's best for both clients and workers! There is a lot of growth opportunity within the company, and they provide a competitive compensation. A work for the happiness. I've learned so much working there and I enjoy going to work with the kids and co-workers

I have not experienced any cons working here
