My management team is pretty good. They keep everyone on task without being overbearing. Everyone gets along pretty well and the work environment is friendly.
Cons
No advancement opportunities, low pay, often not enough hours to go around. You'll get attendance points added for calling out sick even if you have sick time saved up.
The company has changed alot since the CEO left. Lots of new faces at the highest levels. Compensational benefits for managers dont exist anymore. Workload is insane for the amount of labor hours given. Customer service expectations are insane compared to the level of staffing. District managers and up "dont want to hear excuses only see results." Company could be going under due to the current macroeconomic environment but is leaving employees in the dark. Pay is substandard compared to other salaries for similar roles and environments. Work/life balance no longer exists.
cleaning bathrooms at the end of the night(not as bad, worked as a team), management fusses at you and thinks it's okay, have to sell credit cards or else
