      Pros

Fantastic benefits. This text box has a minimum of 5 words in order to be submitted. I have no other Pros.

      Cons

Being employed here is definitely not as it seems, at least for the Guest Services department. Least amount of transparency within a department/teams that I have ever experienced (this may just be due to lack of organization or communication between teams). Poor upper management that makes decisions based on personal discretion instead of merit, experience/feedback, or seniority. Low pay (roughly 10k below yearly livable wage for Vancouver). They compensate with perks and benefits in exchange for your agency as an employee and person.

      Pros

The company offers exceptional discounts on their gear, a generally flexible work schedule, and some paid activity days for employees

      Cons

At my location specifically, raises were dangled out in front of me for a while when they were promised to be biannual (I recieved one raise in the first year that I worked there). I also feel continually de-valued as the base hiring pay continues to raise and my pay continues to not even be that (I currently make over a dollar/hour less than the hiring rate for someone of my same title) despite being part of the original hiring team. The manager also continues to schedule me over my pre-determined unavailability and my schedule is generally all over the place from week to week.
