How is the work/life balance at Aqua Security Software?

The company provides a supportive and welcoming environment for freshers. The team is friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. There are excellent opportunities to learn modern cloud and security technologies, and the onboarding process encourages continuous learning. The work-life balance is good, and management is supportive of employees' growth. Overall, it is a great place to gain hands-on experience and build a strong foundation in the industry.

No major concerns so far, as I have recently joined.

1. It had very good work life balance. 2. Employees are helpful and shares knowledge. 3. You will have all kinds of small gifts very often for every event organized.

1. Operating very well couple of years back when very less number of employees hired. 2. India management failed to operate after doubling the workforce.And Management is not able to target the customers for some of the projects.

Salary is good but management is the worst

Layoffs will happen without any reason. Not employee friendly company. No work life balance. Worst company.

Exposure to multiple tools and labs to explore and learn. Good worklife balance and compensation benefits. Offers great scope for both career and personal growth, along with support to pursue best industry certifications.

Fast paced due to ever changing customer requirements and demands, which might not suit for every one.

No work-life balance – you’re expected to be online beyond office hours regularly. Micromanagement and favoritism dominate team culture; promotions are reserved for yes-men. Feedback is ignored – employee concerns are brushed under the carpet or labeled as “negativity.” Poor project planning – unrealistic deadlines, frequent scope creep, and blame culture. Though it is not recommended to take names but still few reviews are just biased and you can clearly see that it’s favouritism.

As with any fast-growing tech company, things can move quickly, and priorities can shift. But the company does a great job communicating changes and keeping everyone aligned.

I don't see any pros!

-Initially, it was a pioneer in the segment, but it lost focus on the product and was overtaken by several companies in the market. -Some employees work more than 12 hours a day. -There is no balance between quality of life and work. -Apart from a few days of vacation, there are no benefits.
