How is the work/life balance at Apollo Tyres?

Nice team but feel sorry for the employees still there

Probably the worst company I have ever worked for. The company culture is completely focused on hierachy, moved to 5 days in the office with no valid explanation, so backwards thinking and have no desire to be progressive in their work practises, very little benefits, no work life balance, micromanaged and gaslit by HR.

No pros, unfortunately, only cons are there
