Management is nowhere to be seen when you need help with a customer. - The company is shady and is hiring underqualified near minimum wage call center workers to pretend to be the university. -The majority of the callers are hostile and even aggressive. -Management doesnt care if you actually help the customer just that your average handle time stays low. -There is not much we can do to help the customers besides writing tickets which results in an increase in esclated tickets. - Management expecting you to lie to students and pretend to represent the university
