What is the hiring process like at Amplitude?

Interview process was smooth. Interviewer is knowledgeable

Do not provide laptop / desktop (bring your own laptop). All Sat working till first 6 months -after 6 months(alternate sat). No leaves till 6 months Offer letter has many ctc buffers- inactual salary is less.

While they are being pushed and driven out in droves, good, hardworking, caring people are still there.
