Pros
You get a lot of benefits, salary is higher according to the market and it’s a very inclusive company
Cons
The team leaders are lousy and will burden you with their work as well. If you look good, dress good and treat the higher management with parties, booze and good they will promote you but if you work hard and only focus on your work and not become a party of their party culture or you don’t butter up your team leader or manager you’ll have amazing stats, great feedback’s by the card members and yet you’ll be stuck in the job roles for years and years no promotion for you. If you’re a female employee dressing like a Barbie, acting like one and getting close to men in senior positions will get you promoted without any hard work, knowledge or talent even if your monthly report is bad they will overlook it. Me along with 4 other girls from my team left due to this very reason ( just to give you an idea a team has max 12 people) out of which 5 girls left from my team including myself just because they value looks and beauty but not hardwork or a individual’s capabilities or potential or even their good monthly reports won’t matter so it was a disappointing experience. And they preach about support mental health saying we value our employees and their mental health but someone I know left solely due to her team leader (Sudipta Das) forcing her to work when she was unwell, she had doctors reports still the leader didn’t give her a leave while she was on the call the she told her leader (Sudipta) that I’m feeling suicidal and the leader said okay, still log in on time you will not get a leave so that girl left there and then. It’s harassment at its best.
