What is the hiring process like at Alter Domus?

Competitive salary but has a lot of cons. Better to join some other stable job if you have similar compensation. Modern office and benefits.

Hire and fire at will of corrupt management. No proper process or authority for HR, management in US and EU dictate who they promote or terminate. India subsidiary of alterDomus is treated poorly.

People are nice. Exciting work, good work life balance

Dont work here at all. Some people in management arent Data Folks, they have expertise in software engineering instead of Data and AI. Its bad for someone that has a data background and looking to grow. They are hiring in india but doest care about US based employees and talent. Take the experience and leave. The Pay is super low

Company is growing and good to work for.

with growth there are certainly growing pains. One of them is the new employee onboarding. AD has had many instances whre a new employee has had to sit for a week or two to get the full access to all the programs and drives they need. Hopefully IT figures it out and hopefully IT looks at the employees before starting to make sure they are all set up. Easy issue to solve but with IT not doing anything to fix it.

None as of now till date except salary

Senior managers who settled already do not guide the new people. They are insecure and always try to bad mouth others. Lack of clarity. No buddy system. People who are from a well established process get lost here. People tend to see others suffer and make reporters suffer
