I believe the only thing this company is good for is the flexible scheduling and resume building
Cons
The contact center doesn’t get the attention it deserves other departments get praised more. More clients get added while being short staffed and have a lot on our plates already. (You get a crash course on the new clients). High turnover, behind in performance reviews (will rarely get one), communication, not the best benefits, and management will sometimes listen.
