Everything else, lack of competitive pay, terrible and expensive benefits, no work life balance, no accountability for executives, lack of self awareness.
The pay is bad, we’re consistently understaffed, the job is a bit of a bait and switch to begin with, and some senior management can be incredibly unprofessional.
