How is management perceived at AbsenceSoft?

AbsenceSoft is a mature company with great aspirations. The teams I worked with were fantastic.

A new director was hired, and I immediately removed my role from the product team and fired my boss.

- Leadership communication and adaptation to requests - Change management leads to tension and a lot of shifts

- Development and Product team (the people) - Health benefits

- Lack of organization from the top - Unachievable metrics - No 401k for a year and then no match - Constant change in priority and projects being stopped in middle for no reason - Lack of communication from leadership on projects and road map - Product Managers just cause more confusion and extend projects by scope creep. They lack knowledge on how things are developed.
