What is the salary like at ATP Flight School?

Well maintained planes, lots of flight hours, and expansive network

Poor pay, terrible work hours, pressure to endorse, and horrible management

Lots of flight hours available

High quality aircraft and maintenance. They put in a lot of work to set you up for success. The in house DPEs are there to help your student not have to wait for a checkride and are very fair.

Lower pay, and if you cant fly do to weather you dont get paid.

Self motivated individuals will get fast flight hours (faster than any other options I've really heard of for getting to the airlines)

Not great pay, you're just a number to them that is EASILY replaced

Upper Management doesn’t communicate well with instructors

Little pay, long hours, lack of integrity in relation to instructor feedback and improvement. Students are either very good or very poor little to no in between.

You will get flight hours but the management seems to have double standards or just be out of touch with whats even happening at the training center at times. It is what you make it
