Great as a first time job or to fill time between jobs. Pretty relaxed. Not any other perks besides free movies for you and a companion (must wait to get your ticket 2 hours before the showtime) and half off food. Expect to have to work at least some of the holidays at the end of the year––you will not get compensated extra for it at the "Crew Member" status. Raises seem to be a maximum of 25 cents. Scheduling is flexible. Management is mostly kind.
