Pros
Good place to put experience on your resume and then move on to utilize experience where you are treated with respect like a real person. The Union and employees seem to be the only ones who care about training, culture, and attempting to keep its customers happy.
Cons
Management is not listening to their employees. Cannot seem to hire so waiving job qualifications while the knowledge is leaving the company and nobody left to train the new-hires and share knowledge. Managers running departments know very little about the duties of the people reporting to them and training is pretty much non-existent. Parent company, BCBSM, is running this company into the ground.
