1yThanks for taking the time to share your feedback - it's nice to see feedback related to work-life balance, perks, and benefits, as CIP overall has worked hard on this for a number of years. In terms of the cons you listed, those are general areas we continually focus on. We have a great team in place in Bloomington and many National Office resources that support the Center. If you ever want to provide more specific feedback, we very much welcome that. In case you need a refresher, you can find multiple means of contacting CIP on our website, all of which will get sent through to the appropriate person at the National Office for follow-up.
