I have done interviews in LTIMINDTREE upto HR discussion and salary negotiation.
Documents shared already through email, on portal status is HR.
My question is when will I get offer letter from LTIMINDTREE. How long it takes??
Please help me on this.

It depends on negotiation and if you are joining early but amount is not that much 50-75k max you will need to negotiate hard and if you have other offer letter then you can get
Yes they give.. They say we don't give joining bonous. If u say that I have better offer.. They give in 2024-25 aa well. Just ask hard that u can get up to 1 lakh for p3 and 1.5-2 lakh for p4. Easily. But catch is here di t join LTM worst organization don't have project and no structure here. HR is BCOM girls and worst in handling things always listen management or project manager..
Yes you can ask for joining bonus
