I have completed 5years at this company but still getting 5.2 LPA. While people who are less experienced and joining my team are getting 3x/4x my salary. I don’t know what I am doing wrong. I listen to what my manager says, work over weekends and late night till 2 AM starting from 10 AM but still I am getting this much only.

I recently completed Round 3 of the LTM interview process. It has been three days, but my status on RippleHire hasn't changed, and I haven't heard back from HR yet. Should I take this silence as a negative sign ?

Hey fishes! My current CTC is 17.5 LPA (Data Engineer , ~7 YoE). I had joined Capgemini in July 2025, but the work culture of client is pretty toxic, which is why I started applying for interviews. I got an offer from LTI Mindtree, but they gave me 8% hike citing 2 reasons: 1. Did not complete atleast 1 year in CapG 2. 90 days NP It feels insulting to out down my papers over this meagre hike. Should I put down my papers in pursuit of better offers? Or try after completion of 1 year at CapG?
