I like the basic health, dental, vision insurance. However they do not offer paid maternal and paternal leave.

Health insurance is very cheap compared to the open market. The HSA High Deductible option is a huge money saver for a person/family that is mostly healthy and doesn't require many sick visits to the doctor. The eye/dental insurance is decent, but nothing to brag about. Life insurance is offered and it is nice that they offer a lower package that is free to all employees. The higher packages that you have to pay for in order to acquire aren't really a better offer than what you would find on the open market. Employees are also offered a decent amount of time off at first hire and it grows based on how long you have worked their. 401K match isn't very good because they only match half of what you put in and that is only up to 5%.

The price is reasonable.
