We're now looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Modern Workplace practice, delivering SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions that help clients collaborate better, govern their content, and work smarter. This is a client-facing, delivery-focused role for someone who combines deep technical expertise with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical, high-impact outcomes.

What You'll Do
In this role, you'll lead the design and delivery of SharePoint Information Architecture solutions that enable modern workplace transformation. You'll act as the bridge between business users and technical teams, and play a key role in shaping how clients get the most from Microsoft 365. You will:
  • Facilitate Information Architecture and content discovery workshops with stakeholders across business functions
  • Analyse current-state content estates and define future-state SharePoint structures aligned to business needs and Microsoft 365 best practice
  • Lead the configuration of SharePoint sites, hubs, navigation, metadata, and permissions aligned to client requirements
  • Design and apply Information Protection strategies using Microsoft Purview, including sensitivity labels, DLP, retention policies, and records management
  • Collaborate with Modern Workplace engineers, developers, and security teams to align IA design with broader tenant architecture and governance
  • Support content migration, testing, training, and go-live readiness to ensure smooth and effective implementation
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, translating complex concepts into practical recommendations and building long-term relationships
  • Contribute to proposals, scopes of work, and effort estimates, and identify opportunities to extend value during engagements
  • Support capability development through mentoring, IP creation, and continuous improvement of delivery tools and frameworks
What You'll Bring
This role suits someone who is equally at home in a client workshop as they are in a SharePoint configuration — someone who leads with expertise, communicates with confidence, and cares about outcomes. You're likely to bring:
  • 5+ years of consulting or industry experience delivering SharePoint and Microsoft 365 modern workplace solutions, with a strong focus on Information Architecture
  • Demonstrated progression from Analyst/Consultant level into a senior, client-facing or delivery-focused role
  • Advanced SharePoint Online expertise across site design, hub architecture, navigation, search, content types, managed metadata, and permissions
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Purview — sensitivity labels, DLP, retention policies, records management, and data lifecycle
  • Experience leading IA workshops, gathering content and governance requirements, and translating them into actionable SharePoint solutions
  • Familiarity with the broader Microsoft 365 stack including Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Power Platform
  • Experience with content migration tooling such as ShareGate or Migration Manager
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and connect technical decisions to business outcomes
  • A collaborative AI-first mindset with a genuine interest in developing others and contributing to a high-performing team
  • Microsoft certifications desirable (e.g. MS-102, MS-700, SC-400)

The minimum salary is $120K and the max salary is $142K.
