Full Stack Developer (React / React Native / Node.js)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Cross-Platform Full Stack Developer to build impactful applications focused on health, wellbeing, and social initiatives. In this role, you will lead product development across mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms, act as a primary technical contact for our clients, and leverage modern development practices including the use of AI tools to deliver exceptional, scalable solutions.

Full Lifecycle Development

• Design, architect, and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions specifically tailored for projects in the health, wellbeing, and social sectors.
• Leverage React, React Native, and Node.js to build robust cross-platform applications, taking ownership from initial concept and design all the way through testing and deployment.
• Write clean, maintainable JavaScript code and manage application state efficiently using Redux (or equivalent) to provide a solid foundation for scalable applications.
• Actively contribute to the strategic direction of our products, providing input on how to improve services and striving to build award-winning user experiences.

AI-Enhanced Engineering

• Actively integrate AI development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) into daily workflows to accelerate code generation, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize overall efficiency.
• Leverage AI assistants for advanced debugging, code refactoring, and identifying the most effective logic structures within the codebase.
• Continuously evaluate and implement new AI-driven methodologies and frameworks to keep our development processes on the cutting edge.

Client Collaboration & Relationship Management

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, fostering positive relationships and ensuring crystal-clear communication throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Gather and analyze complex client requirements, translating their business needs and feedback into detailed technical specifications and actionable development tasks.
• Proactively manage client expectations by providing timely progress updates, addressing concerns constructively, and ensuring project deliverables align perfectly with their business objectives.

Cross-Platform Deployment & Architecture

• Manage the deployment pipelines for mobile applications using XCode and Android Studio, navigating the App Store and Google Play management and submission processes.
• Architect and integrate seamless communication between front-end user interfaces and back-end web services using REST/JSON APIs.
• Build, configure, and deploy robust server-side logic utilizing the Serverless framework (specifically with Node.js) to support cross-platform functionality in a commercial environment.

Continuous Innovation & Best Practices

• Monitor industry trends, emerging web technologies, and software development best practices to recommend the best frameworks and tools for upcoming projects.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team by actively sharing knowledge, insights, and experimenting with new methodologies.
• Respond to technical challenges collaboratively and constructively, bringing a self-motivated, target-oriented mindset to exceed expectations on every build.
