      Pros

      Loved working for the team. Excellant pay. Sarah has amazing products, stand by what it does for the skin and body. Dijana was a great Mentor. Loved working in the territory

      Not enough products: inventory issues As I always said beofre skyn ICELAND didn't get enough praise for what it is worth .. I felt the product should benefit being in Department stores like DIllards, Macy's even Nordstorms. Neimans purhaps.

      The products really are great. I still use them even though I have to pay for them now.

      Cons

      Everything - poor management and poor salary being the stand outs. I hope they succeed but I’m not sure it’s possible.
