1. Flexible work schedule 2. Supportive team members 3. The Management is very open to your ideas and also helps you in skills enhancement in every way possible.
Cons
With pros, there are always cons. The processes need a bit of fine-tuning, and the insurance policy needs to be improved a bit..But I have seen these are all work in progress and I believe these changes would be done pretty soon
