      Pros

      Understanding management team, people are friendly, candid and always there to help about anything. Tasks assigned and deadlines are reasonable and well distributed among all team members. Working hours are regular and helps in creating a great work life balance. Comfortable environment. Started out as fresh grad, definitely learnt a great deal and have improved along the time. Good opportunity for a-lot of learning and hands on. They groom well rounded QA engineers and keen in sending them for sponsored trainings when interested or required. Adaptable to work from home.

      Cons

      Meetings are too long often affecting other attendees work time.
