Work-life balance, amazing colleagues, lots of autonomy and opportunity to learn and grow. Hybrid work model with flexibility and parking included! Competitive benefits including a generous employer funded HRA.

Cons

Growing pains as with any small organization.

Cons

Typical tech debt from a prod, dev. side, limited space for fully remote employees, it can get pretty hot in Austin in the summer for visits to their headquarters
