      Pros

      It will put food on the table and if that is enough for you then it's an okay place to work.

      Cons

      The training is non-existent. The real estate agents you have to hire are completely unreliable and it is your fault if they do not do their job.

      Pros

      Nice Christmas Party. Coworkers were always friendly.

      Cons

      Screamed at all day by management for issues beyond your control. Unable to tell the real estate agents we hired to do BPOs when/if they would get paid. Screaming sessions by the management. Extremely high stress environment for very low pay. Zero job security - people were constantly fired for nothing. Often working 12 hour days 5-6 days in a row.
