      Pros

      Culture is amazing, small startup vibe in a big company type of feel. Office is beautiful.

      Cons

      Very high-paced from day 1, high expectations and a fast working environment. Not a bad thing, but definitely suited to a specific type of person.

      I worked as .Net developer for more than 3 years. This place is full of teamwork, collaboration, and great opportunities. Good work and supportive mangers and team members. Enjoyed working @eSolutionsgroup.

      management cares for their employees and are very open to new ideas if you are willing to provide them

      the organization is very open and to date i do not have a con except the old building which we will be moving into a new location in 2018
