This is a company with very little turn-over, as they go to great lengths to understand what motivates each employee and they focus on incentives to appeal to those drivers. A work-life balance is strongly encouraged and while a commitment is required, a very reasonable amount of flexibility also exists.

Cons

While still somewhat process driven, significant progress has been made in this regard to simplify and streamline Operations and Sales functions.
