      Pros

      I've never had a better job than I do now. Management truly values team connection and facilitates this through prioritizing regular check ins, 1:1s and other meetings for us to get together. Everyone truly works their hardest because we care about each other.

      Cons

      The competition of our industry can be stressful but you won't find more supportive senior leadership and co-workers.

      Found my rewarding, challenging career at ddms!

      Pros

      Independent work environment (remote location), flexibility in workstyle, high integration with technology to provide a collaborative work experience even though employees are not in the same location. Excellent opportunity for advancement. Employees are in charge of their career. Interesting projects and clients. Cool managers who encourage fun. Have upgraded the company infrastructure to include more HR and Benefit support.

      Cons

      I see people complain about pay, but hard workers who prove themselves, get the job done, and provide excellent client service get paid!
