      Pros

      - Team is very international (30+ nationalities) - How informal and easy-going interactions go at ZI. Everyone – from the CEO to colleagues in the same small team – is super approachable and easy to work with. Everyone's voices matter, and everyone is always ready to help. - Work ethics - Team is very welcoming, empathetic and caring - Challenging, but interesting job: we work at developing high tech for latest applications - Great perks: higher pension fund contributions, subsidized phone contracts, ability to buy extra holidays, etc. - Good work-life balance: we can decide how to split our working hours, and work from home if desired,

      Cons

      - Company is being restructured, so at the moment might be a bit hectic. But I think this is a temporary situation.
