      Zipmatch has a great environment to work with. They get to assure that their clients can have the most out of it.

      Cons

      Time, sometimes they are so busy they don't get to entertain some clients and clients have to wait patiently.

      Pros

      Everyone at ZipMatch has a chance to make a strong impact on the direction of the company. There are great company traditions, such as Feedback Fridays and firepitches. There are also strong benefits, such as a private car and monthly game nights. Overall, the company is doing a great job of maintaining the startup environment, even as it rapidly grows.

      Cons

      The building that ZipMatch is located in is a bit isolated - for food options, there is only a canteen and Family Mart. For those that drive, there is limited parking in the building.
