      I've worked here for about 6 months and these were my findings -We are free to take decisions independently -We are made to feel like a part of zethic family -COO Keerthana always supports and takes a stand for us if needed -Suggestions and feedback are welcome here -Very healthy work environment

      Thank you for leaving us a review. Appreciation to the team for nurturing a friendly and supportive environment. Maybe the pay looks less because we never attempted to create an illusion with fancy CTC figures. In fact, we do not have components like performance bonus, joining bonus, stocks, cost towards company issued laptops or mobiles, etc. So increments, bonuses and all other small benefits that we get here are not even mentioned on papers. We also did not adjust ourselves to the unreasonably inflated salary expectations. With these as our basis I would definitely say that, Zethic will not be following the current tread once again. As we have no plans of announcing pay cuts or layoffs.
