      I had the pleasure of working at Zeroqode for three fulfilling years, and it's safe to say it was an incredible experience from start to finish. I joined a small team of 6 individuals and witnessed the company grow into a thriving force of 40 during my time there. The management team played a crucial role in my professional development, granting me the flexibility to explore various roles and discover my true passion within the organization. What sets Zeroqode apart is its exceptional team environment. This wasn't just a workplace; it was a community where ideas were welcomed, and everyone had a voice. The friendly and open atmosphere fostered a sense of camaraderie that made coming to the office a genuine pleasure. Plus, the central location at the heart of our capital added an extra layer of vibrancy to the workday. Being in the IT park, Zeroqode takes care of employee taxes, which is a significant perk I believe. In summary, if you're seeking a workplace where growth, camaraderie, and a touch of IT magic converge seamlessly, Zeroqode is the ideal spot. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to thrive in the field.

      One minor challenge during my time at Zeroqode was the presence of a few individuals who seemed to struggle with maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment. While the majority of the team was fantastic, there were instances of working with individuals who, in my opinion, could have benefited from a more positive and proactive approach to their roles. It's important to note that this was not a big issue and did not significantly impact my overall experience.

      Friendly colleagues and managers, flexible working hours, positive atmosphere. Good team buildings and accessible office.

      Cons

      Sometimes projects wich I worked with were not to interesting. But that's the only small con I can notice.
