      Pros

      Flexibility, career advancement, open to and encourage process improvements, a lot of smart people to work with and learn from, management is overall helpful and listens. HR is fantastic. Great benefits.

      Cons

      Long hours at times. Sometimes very tight deadlines and projects shift around a lot with minimal notice but that's out of our control.
