Awful senior management

Pros

Nice (although getting crowded) offices with free breakfast and biscuits, cool last minute business concept and some truly good people. You also have the occasional drinks on Fridays.

Cons

Overall environment is terrible. You are asked to work around the clock. There is no recognition for your effort. Senior management just takes for granted that you work at least 12 hours a day, 7 days a week. The founders are young, and pretentious so it leads to poor management, lack of clear directions and frustrations among pretty much every teams.

Pros

Massive learning curve and almost too much responsibility (in the best way possible); smart team and friendly colleagues; nice offices in good locations; good perks.

Cons

Sometimes the working environment is not as quiet as one could wish to concentrate, and the music that is sometimes played in the office not always to everyone's liking.

Nice place to work but I think it's doomed

Pros

Fun place, many talented people work there, nice offices, people are friendly. Founders are decent people who like and respect the staff.

Cons

Senior management don't really know what they are doing. Every few months there's a new focus, a new initiative that will fix everything and when it fails to hit the targets (they all did) it's silently dropped and never spoken of again.
