The entire leadership team...drives improvement...in Safety, Quality, On-time Delivery and Customer experience through promoting teamwork at all levels.

Cons

Should add "Short Term Disability" to an otherwise great benefit package.

I've learned so much since starting here. The people are absolute experts at what they do and are willing to share their knowledge and experience with coworkers.

Cons

The nature of prototype molding means some customers may not understand the process, and their expectations may be more like production mold making.

Pros

Remote and on premise options are available depending on the job. Even though some people are remote it still feels like a team. Everyone is very helpful to the new members and you get to speak with the CEO Matt on a regular basis. Good work/life balance with many holidays and PTO as well. Health and dental benefits are great with 401k options.

Cons

Stock options would be great if they go public in the future.
