Pros

The leader ship is very understanding and accommodating, they do their best to help navigate issues within the organization. I am allowed to work freely and I don’t feel micromanaged. I am allowed to be creative in my role to better serve our clients.

Cons

At times I feel like we are a bit understaffed.
