      Pros

      One of the best places to get acknowledged for good work. I have felt the pressure, but have also felt great respect for doing the work. They will love to train you and hope to make you a career.

      Cons

      Upper management doesnt seem to understand realistic deadlines, but I get it customer service. But remember treat your employees right and they will treat your customers right.
