      Big focus on culture

      Pros

      Driven intelligent colleagues and a leadership team who really cares about creating a great culture. Positive attitude towards flexible working and committed to continuing their working from home policy with only a day a week in the office.

      Cons

      None that I can think of.

      Pros

      Really good employer, most managers seem positive, leadership is pushing in the right direction, DEI is taken very seriously and actively striving for improvements. Actually values led, not just buzzwords.

      Cons

      Legacy publisher so not cutting edge, but strong efforts are being made to turn this around. Can be slow and siloed, but again, working hard to fix it.
