I like that accounting is a very organized and structured unit and environment. I have worked at other companies that were the opposite. I enjoy the facilities, it's a world class building.

Cons

I think like all businesses you can conduct more lunch and learns.

Pros

With the new acquisition of ATS there is a lot of opportunity to grow as we expand our product offerings. We have always been a growth oriented business but now even moreso.

Cons

Nothing more than any other company I have worked for, I will say that they try very hard to improve daily.
