Working at Webisoft has been an incredibly rewarding experience for me as a woman in the blockchain space. The company culture is very inclusive and supportive, and I’ve always felt respected and valued by my teammates and leadership. There is a strong focus on innovation, especially in blockchain and Web3 projects, which makes the work exciting and intellectually stimulating. I appreciate how collaborative the environment is—everyone’s input is welcomed regardless of gender or experience level. The management team is transparent and approachable, and there are real opportunities to grow technically and take ownership of meaningful projects. I’ve been able to work on smart contract development and decentralized applications, which has significantly improved my skills and confidence.

This is the first time in my career where I feel like my manager is a genuine advocate for me rather than just a taskmaster. one on ones are actually useful, they focus on blockers and my personal growth rather than just status updates. The leadership team is transparent about the roadmap, which helps us understand the why behind the code we're writing. The engineering culture prioritizes modernizing our infrastructure, and developers have a real say in the architecture. Internal mobility is excellent. If you want to move into management, there’s a track for that if you want to remain an individual contributor and reach Staff level, that’s equally supported. They also provide a generous annual learning budget for certifications and conferences.
