      Large and diverse set of lending programs across many industries. Cutting edge lending structures. Get to work with both established and emerging players in the fintech industry. Great people, highly intelligent and collaborative. Each day is a new adventure with new challenges.

      Cons

      Learning curve can be quite steep. Responding to new regulatory guidance can be challenging given the large number of lending programs in market
