      Pros

      Everyone is like family, relaxed, great work-life balance, fun environment, and friendly. Free meals, vacation, and benefits are nice.

      Cons

      Systems can be a little outdated and management is sometimes slow/resistant to change, even when there are improvements that could be made. Routine and tradition tops everything.

      Pros

      Everyone is friendly, people really care about each other and are flexible. Management is flexible with scheduling and work/life balance is excellent.

      Cons

      Busy holiday season means that you may be working on some days you'd rather have off. Things can remain kind of stagnant for a while, so it takes a little time to earn the shifts you're looking for.

      Some of the best reasons to work at the Wayside Inn is the people who work there and the management is full of good people.

      Cons

      Not too many downsides to working at the Wayside Inn but sometimes the customers can be a bit of a downside with their impoliteness.
