Great people and a great place to work. Great work/life balance. A lot of room for growth. Hybrid work environment. They are working hard to ensure they offer a great employee benefit package.

Cons

Watauga grew fast and lacked standard operating procedures, but they have worked very hard in the last year to correct this problem.
