      Great work life balance Room to learn whatever you need to learn for your job Public mission, and a pension!

      Cons

      There's astonishing levels of tech debt that the agency is responsible for clearing up, and it won't happen at a really fast pace. If you're coming from the private sector this can be an adjustment.
