Pros
personal relationships with everyone, including senior management. Company is aggressively seeking growth via all available avenues, meaning expanding opportunities. For those motivated and know where they want to go with their careers, and are mobile enough to take advantage of opportunities, the sky is the limit. Management is very family oriented and understand that a healthy work life balance is essential. Benefits are typical for the industry.
Cons
lack to progression plans or defined training, if you can't manage your career and define your work paths, this is not a career place for you (but still a good place to work, even as a jump point). Reviews / Feedback are not well managed , but changes are quickly being implemented that should change this.
