      Pros

      12 hour shifts suit as you have 3/4 days off every week. I had a great trainer when I came onboard and am working in a good team that has helped me greatly.

      Pros

      The company promotes from within. I’m blessed with a hardworking crew. We’re so occupied that the hours seem to fly by. We have the proper technology to perform our jobs well. Upper management keeps the communication lines open. Specifically, HR is always available. I had the wonderful experience of being mentored by my former boss and am now given the chance to pay it forward. Competitive pay and perks that include: 401K, health and wellness benefits, and PTO. I also find it a great convenience that parking is always available at HQ.

      Cons

      No. Everything’s good as it is. I especially appreciate my team for not giving me any headaches.

      Pros

      The team communicates well, which keeps disruptions to a minimum. Managers are clear about expectations before every shift. The work environment is organized. Safety rules are followed without question. Getting better at troubleshooting and equipment handling (the training helped a lot)

      Sometimes production goals create too much pressure.
